Who we are

Hello! I am Naomi Ciarallo, the founder of Persona in Palette. My journey into colour analysis began during my university studies in geography and geology, where I first encountered the Munsell colour system, sparking my interest in the dynamics of colour and categorizing minerals using colour theory which is when my eyes began training in the subject. My passion for the environment led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Ecological Restoration at BCIT. Shortly after graduation, and many months of watching professionals in Korea conduct colour analyses, I felt a strong calling to start a business dedicated to helping individuals discover their best colours.

Since my training in the Munsell system I realized I had an eye for categorizing colours, a passion for creating the best makeup looks to enhance my features, my growing love for fashion, I knew that this was the right path for me. Through my training with Tatum Gangi (@the_coloranalysisqueen), the Munsell colour system re-emerged in my life, enabling me to merge my academic knowledge with my career.

Outside of work, I maintain an active lifestyle filled with hiking, weightlifting, and cooking healthy meals, which contributes to my positive mindset. In my spare time, I love reading scientific literature on the body, mind, and nutrition to expand my understanding of holistic health. My interests drive me to empower others to feel their best through the art of colour, with a deep appreciation for how natural colours blend fostered by my time in nature. And soon I’m going to be adding body analysis to my services so I can ensure my customers wear clothes that also make them feel the most confident and comfortable.
